6. User-Generated Content
You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant espacementyyv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such User Content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights. espacementyyv is not responsible for any User Content and assumes no liability for any claims related to User Content.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User Content for any reason, including if we believe that it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

In no event shall espacementyyv’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. espacementyyv may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of any materials obtained from the services. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
